And I applaud them for trying to use new characters; however, it came at the cost of a cohesive universe. Lighting, shadows, and reflections have been revamped to give the game a visual polish. The number of people and vehicle traffic on the streets has increased due to a slight reduction in detail, which is unnoticeable in dynamics.
